Reviews for SENS FUSION
Review highlights
Based on 247 reviewsCustomers consistently praise SENS FUSION for its signature fluffy soufflé pancakes, often highlighted as a standout item that appeals to a wide range of tastes, including gluten-intolerant diners. The café is recognized for its well-prepared breakfast and brunch options, featuring items like perfectly cooked poached eggs and savory dishes such as seafood pasta and salmon eggs Benedict. Beverage offerings receive mixed but generally positive feedback, with particular appreciation for coffee and matcha drinks, though some note occasional texture issues with matcha lattes. The spacious setting with both indoor and outdoor seating and accommodating service further enhance the overall dining experience. Some patrons mention that pricing can feel a bit high when adding extras, but the quality often justifies the cost.
Their fluffy Japanese pancake is a must to try. Food is tasty with good portions, coffee was good too.
Very nice breakfast/brunch options. I love their soufflé pancakes, they make it from rice flour so it’s safe for people who are gluten intolerant! Poached eggs were cooked perfectly and bacon was cooked nice & crispy. The only downside - a bit on the pricey side for breakfast/brunch if you add on any extras (mushrooms or hash browns etc). Also, the hot matcha latte just tasted like warm milk, I think they need to add more matcha powder. Otherwise, food was fantastic!
The soufflé and the salmon eggs Benedict were so delicious. I wasn't full, so I also ordered the seafood pasta, and it was amazing. I had a matcha latte with an extra shot, but it was a bit gritty, probably because of the amount of matcha powder. I’m definitely going back. It’s the best café I’ve been to in Gold Coast.
The souffle pancakes are excellent: fresh, light, jiggly! We had the matcha (sweet) and smoked salmon hollandaise (savoury). The natto pasta also fantastic, a slice of Japan without the plane ticket. Service is very accommodating. Drinks are a treat too. Very spacious with indoor and outdoor seating options.
The fluffy pancakes are amazing-seriously, you’ve got to give them a shot! The coffee and hot chocolate are pretty awesome too, and the vibe is nice since it's close to the tram station.
This is hands down the most delicious soufflé I've ever tasted in Australia. The flavors of the pasta are perfectly balanced, not too heavy or salty. Highly recommend trying it, it's absolutely delightful!
My daughter and I have had breakfast here and few times and have been extremely pleased with the service and food. The best fluffy pancakes on the Gold Coast and the French Omelette is a must try. Don't be in a rush when visiting as it can be busy at times but food is always fresh, delicious and filling. Must try
Sens Fusion offers a good dining experience overall, but there are some aspects that could be improved. The banana soufflé was a bit disappointing it had only a couple of fresh banana pieces, with the rest being fried. This didn’t meet my expectations for such a souffle. On the bright side, the plate decoration was absolutely stunning and showed great attention to detail. The environment was pleasant and enjoyable. However, the service could use some improvement. You order through a QR code, and water isn’t served to your table you have to grab it yourself from the counter.Overall, it’s a nice place with potential, but these small details keep it from being perfect for me.Love the Acai Bowl and The Mushroom Wonderland was the best in this visit@ginacatafoodie
